1. The Great Khali - he can't wrestle, because he's to HUGE.
2. Yoshi Tatsu - talented, but hasn't been in WWE long enough.

Shelton Benjamin. He defiantly has the talent that a world champion should have and a lot of world champions don't have half the talent that Benjamin has, the only thing that Benjamin needs is the right set up. I know he is not charasmatic but his world title shot is way past due and if he gets a manager then he will be set and could flow nicely in a story line. He just needs an entertaining manager to manage him and then he will be set as a good heel. I just want to say he deserves a title shot more when he doesn't have bleach blonde hair because he can't pull off a hair color like that, few black men could.

MVP because it is always agreed that he is a good heel and he has a lot of charimsa plus he could pull off an entertaining match. He has had a lot of good feuds in the past and it is his time to get a title run, end of story.

Kane. I mean the WWE could give Kane a little respect, The WWE could make Kane take off his mask and marry Lita but they can't give him a decent title run. He did hold the WWE title, but for one day. I know that he won a lot of other champions but he has earned another fair title shot due to all of his hard work.
