I know they lost Amare Stoudemire but look they lost Amare Stoudemire in 2006 due to Microfracture Surgery and the Suns won 52 games and ended in with a regular season record of 54-28. 2006 Playoffs the Suns went all the way to the WCF against the Mavericks.

Lets compare the 2011 Suns Supporting Cast to the 2006 Suns Supporting Cast.

2006 Suns: Leandro Barbosa, Raja Bell, Boris Diaw, Eddie House, James Jones, Kurt Thomas, Tim Thomas. All Stars (Steve Nash and Shawn Marion).

2011 Suns: Grant Hill, Robin Lopez, Goran Dragic, Jared Dudley, Josh Childress, Hakim Warrick, Channing Frye, Jason Richardson, Hedu Turkoglu. (Steve Nash is most likely going to make it back to the All-Star next season). Richardson or Turkoglu might make the All-Star Game.

2011 Suns will have a deeper bench than the 2006 Suns.

I don't see why they can't 50+ games again. I know the west is tougher than it was in 2006 but Phoenix is still a west playoff team.

I like one team only the suns but I only liked the lakers for a week during 2008 2009 offseason and I realised that I was wrong and disloyal and returned to my phoenix suns and made my decision to be a suns fan forever and I am still.BTW I am foreign and I could like any team since it was my first year as an nba fan and I was learning about teams but I choosed to be loyal to the suns.

I go back to school in 12 days =( I've had summerschool (art) for 8wks so Im not to thrilled about that because of all the annoying freshman that laughed at everything in my class. I'm also trying to see The Expendables but its rated R :( Hopefully though I can get tickets somehow and enjoy the greatest movie ever made!

I also can't wait for the NFL season to begin! The GreenBay Packers are Superbowl faves this year so Im happy about that lol. Anything other than a Superbowl title this yr will be a disappointment. MLB season is kicking up but I think the NY Yankees are gonna pull thru and win a 2nd straight World Series title XD Phoenix Suns lost Stoudemire a few months ago but I still believe they are NBA champs. I hate LeBron James and the Miami Heat (besides Wade) and the Lakers, too

As you said, “How dose he know”, of your perspective. Which gave me more motivation of direction I want to go in me life. In turn, I will need to consider this quote if I’m going opening my theories to society’s perception.
The summer of 2010 was one of my busiest summers I ever had, due to the constant subjective actives from my dad. In turn took me places on a California beach from sunrise to sunset with out any sun protection such as Sunscreen SPF30. The thought of the chance of getting any type of cancer from me being exposed to the sun, or the threat that it was shark season didn’t stop me from having fun as a teen. Due to the ability that I have to control most of my fear. The most priceless and valuable monument was building 5x5 perimeter sand castle with my dad. Then as I watch the ocean waves help my little bother Conner destroy the 3 hour work of art. I was reminded that there was an end to this fun summer and I need to get prepared mentally for my junior year of high school.
The witnessing “soon to be famous” Golf Club inventor make it to the top as he developed it from start to finish, from raw material to marketing. Presenting it to the market place to “change the game of golf as we know it” form the beginners to the big guys.
My summer ended with my father at the D-backs game. These summer experiences have given me motivation for the new year.

I am American, I have been working with many Muslims at work for a long time and none of them are American hating terrorist supporters.

I know a lot about different religions. I have a degree in comparitive religion and when I was in that class, I learned that Muslims even believe Jesus. He is one of their prophets. According to the Quran, Jesus was born miraculously by the will of God without a father. His mother is regarded as a chaste and virtuous woman and is a highly respected figure in Islam. The Qur'an states that Jesus was the result of a virgin birth. If God says it will happen, it will. For Muslims Mary is a symbol of submission to God and piety.

Quran [3:47] "She said, "My Lord, how can I have a son, when no man has touched me?" He said, "GOD thus creates whatever He wills. To have anything done, He simply says to it, `Be,' and it is."

I learned that Islam is not a terrorist religion like some uneducated people think.


Muslims make up 1/4 of the world's entire population. You cannot blame every Muslim in the world for the acts of a few bad ones.

BQ: How come he never shot over 50% a season in his entire career? The highest field goal percentage Kobe ever had was 0.469 and that was in 2002.

BQ - How come Kobe's highest rebounds per game was 6.9 and that was in 2002? And most of his seasons, his rebounds per game was below 5.

BQ - How come it's HIGHLY rare for Kobe to get double-digit assists in a game? In fact, in over 90% of his games, it's hard for him to get more than 5 assists.

BQ- How come Kobe isn't a very good playmaker, as in setting up shots for teammates or calling plays? If a small forward can do it, a shooting guard should be able to do it.

BQ- How come a lot of times, Kobe has to shoot 30 shots to get 30 points with very low efficiency?

BQ - How come Kobe has a gift not many players have? Great teammates. Not many players have that.

BQ - How come Kobe quit in Game 7 vs the Phoenix Suns in 2006?

BQ - Is this the new definition of best player in the NBA? Having average stats, but great teammates, so you win a lot of rings.

BQ - Was the Lakers getting Artest the smartest move made in this decade? Because Artest really saved the day when Kobe went 6-24 in Game 7 of the Finals. Also, is that 6-24 chocking?

BQ - Are your teammates good if you get a triple double with 27 points, 10 assists, and 19 rebounds and yet, you still get eliminated by the Boston Celtics?

You're right. Kobe doesn't have the ball for 48 minutes because of two reasons. 1. He would fail to make plays. 2. He has good teammates to do most of the work.

Being a Phoenix Suns Fan, I am honestly upset of our loss of Amar'e Stoudemire. Do you guys think he will be a good fit in NY? I know the suns will take a blow without his dominate presence down in the paint (though we did get some descent replacements for him, but definitely not equal). Everyone says his defense is weak but I think his offense makes up for it! what do u guys think?

Is Shaq better at alienating people (making enemies) than he is playing basketball?

Shaq, a 15x all-star and 4-time world champion, is considered one of the greatest Centers of all time. His b-ball skills is undeniable.

Having said that, however, this guy is arguably the most pretentious, arrogant, overly-sensitve, egostistical man in professional sports history.

Lets check his rap sheet:

-After his departure from the Orlando Magic was partly due to the fact that he thought Penny Hardaway, who was a young star at the time, was stealing his thunder and taking his spotlight.

-During his successful tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers, he made enemies with Kobe Bryant, which is very highly publicized. He also slandered Phil Jackson, his former coach, and Jerry Bus, former owner.

-In Miami, after Stan Van Gundy was let go by the Heat, Shaq called him the "Master of Panic".

-In his brief stint with the Phoenix Suns, he made enemies with Amar'e Stoudemire.

-And now, Shaq is in the middle of a childish verbal sh*t talking with Jim Rome via Twitter.

Looks like Phoenix/Portland rivalry is getting bigger. I know these teams were rivals in the 90's. They have met up in the playoffs and they will play against each other on opening night. I wouldn't be surprise if these 2 teams met up in the playoffs next year.

For example, If you live in a city where there already is a Basketball team, like NY Knicks, Don't say your favorite team is Lakers. Support your home team!

But if you live in a city where theres no Basketball team and say Heat is your favorite team..... Well obviously the person is jumping on the bandwagon. OR the person can be a fan of Spurs and support them through the ups and downs and not be a bandwagoner. So it pretty much ranges.

I live in Seattle and Sonics were my favorite team until the 2007-2008 season when i found out they were moving to GAYASS OKLAHOMA CITY. So then, I just made my 2nd favorite team, Phoenix Suns, my first favorite team. And not Just because of Nash and Amar'e. There still my favorite team and will be for a looooooong time. Probably even when Nash retires.
